2021.12.02 03:46 Silly_Stock8783 My cat playfully bites my arm, is that okay?
I’m a new cat owner. I got my cat about three weeks ago. He is very playful and he likes to cling to my arm and likes to scratch an gnaw on it, he doesn’t break the skin though. I don’t mind, because he is only a baby and he has no cat friend to play with. I thought it was just normal training for him, since cats are natural hunters.
Now my dad just told me, that a friend of his got sent to the ICU because his cat had bitten him and that cat bites are like the worst for humans and that I need to train my cat to stop bitting me.
My question is, do I need to stop my cat from playing with my arm and if so, are there good alternatives?
Thanks for the advice.

2021.12.02 03:46 WhatBalderdash Books on Roman Religion
Does anyone have any suggestions for books on Roman religion (not modern Religio Romana)?
My issue is that when I search for items I get a lot of heavily Greek items and not what I want. I'm trying to get a better understanding of like the lares of a family and better idea on the gods etc from a Roman tradition.
I'm also especially curious about reading about Herakles as presented in Roman lore. that would also be welcome but not the main thing at the mo. I'm looking for.
Any help would be appreciated!

Here are some points suggested by People dynamics Job consultancy in Qatar. In this post, we’ll look at how to respond to “Where do you see yourself in 10 years” and examine the answers of some samples to gain more understanding. First, let’s look at the reason employers are asked these questions during an interview with HR.
Let’s get started!
How come recruiters inquire, “Where do you see yourself in 10 years?”
It is possible to ask why recruiters ask questions such as “Where do you see yourself in 10 years?” It’s simple! In this way, recruiters attempt to determine whether you can plan your career development in their company.
This question can help employers determine whether your long-term objectives align with theirs and whether you’re an investor or if your plans are of a short-term sense.
When you answer that question, “Where do you see yourself in 10 years?” Make sure you’ve been practicing well ahead of time and are prepared to answer in the interview. Here’s how to succeed!
How do you reply, “Where do you see yourself in 10 years?”
Research on the company
The bit of advice to adhere to when answering all HR interview questions. Make sure to research the company thoroughly before the interview.
Check out their Twitter and Facebook profiles and their websites and other sources to collect all the data you can for more information about their policies and their ideologies.
This will assist you in formulating your answer more effectively With all these details, you’ll write the best answer to the question.
Define your career trajectory
Let’s now move to another tip suggested by People Dynamics recruitment company in Qatar. The process of answering interview questions takes an extensive amount of work for you to complete. Where do you want to be in 10 years is an issue that isn’t an exception.
To answer the question clearly, make a chart of your career path and determine how the job you are considering will aid you in your process.
This will provide you with some understanding and clarity about what you could achieve in 10 years and the direction you’d like to take.
Make your response frameable with the STAR interview method.
The STAR interview method is the most effective in answering questions in HR interviews. The acronym stands for Situation and Task, Action and Result. This framework aids job seekers to answer questions in a way that is effective and concise.
The framework demands that you discuss the issue, discuss the problem, identify the steps you consider essential to take, and then discuss the outcome you’d like to see from the step.
In the STAR interviewing technique, you will be able to set the foundation, prove your qualifications for the job part of the job description, and then provide precise and pertinent responses to the interviewer.
Add the work to your answer.
With questions such as “Where do you see yourself in 10 years?” Employers evaluate your intentions and determine how the job you are applying for fits in with your vision.
The most important thing that recruiters want to hear is that you plan on staying for a long period. Therefore, you should structure your answer around your company and utilize the details of the description of your position to address this commonly asked question in an HR interview.
Sample responses on “Where do you see yourself in 10 years?”
Here are some sample answers from the People Dynamics Recruitment agency. We now have answers to ”why”, and the best way you can answer is “where do you see yourself in 10 years?” Here are some answers to assist you in your preparation for the next big interview.
Answer sample 1. (for the software engineer)
One of the primary reasons for applying to your business was the potential for expansion. I’ve got 5+ years of experience as an engineer for software in my previous employer, and I am not a believer in changing jobs often.
In the coming 10 years, I plan to become an influential thought-leader with an extensive understanding of the latest trends in the industry and methods.
In the coming 10 years, I would like to take on more responsibilities and guide the company to its fullest potential by contributing to my highest capabilities.
Sample answer 2 (for product developers)
I’ve had my professional path mapped out since I was an intern for CDR information technology. I am extremely ambitious in developing products, and I’m convinced that I’ve only scratched the level to date.
In the coming 10 years, I’d like to take the world of product in the next 10 years and make a meaningful contribution to my profession and the business. I am aware that my ambitions might sound too lofty, and however, I believe that I can be a product head in the next 10 years.
Your company is home to one of the top products teams across the United States, and, hopefully, within about 10 years, I’ll have the opportunity to be the leader of that.
Example answer 3 (for Content writers)
I believe that upskilling your skills can be the best way to advance in any field in the present. In the coming 10 years, I would like to have a solid understanding of information.
I began my career as a content writer and had more than three years of experience in social media and blog content. In the coming 10 years, I’d like to better understand digital marketing strategies and am looking to further pursue content marketing.
I found out that your business offers training on the job to employees seeking an academic boost. With your assistance and your determination, I think there are many things I can do for my professional career and the company.
There is no way to know where you are likely to end up in the coming 10 years. However, interview questions such as “Where do you see yourself in 10 years?” require you to think about and determine where you’d like to be in 10 years.
When preparing for an interview shortly, start your preparation by reading these tips and tricks and sample questions.

2021.12.02 03:46 MmmGoodCoffee Receiving Dividend Payments on Webull is a joke
They are always extremely slow, but today's (yesterdays really) takes the cake.
I own shares of the same ticker on Webull and TDAmeritrade.
Webull always seems to pay much much later in the day, while TD has it in my account usually 300 AM Eastern the day of.
Yesterday morning, there's my money in TD. Right on time, ready to be re-invested, withdrawn, etc. But on Webull... here it is at 139AM the following day and the money still isn't there. Sure, it was listed in receivables, then disappears, like it always seems to do on there, then you just sit and wait and eventually it arrives in your cash balance/buying power. But I hadn't seen anything this long til now. This is a fcking joke. Where is our money???!!! I could've deployed those funds yesterday while the market was way down. Instead, I have to wonder if there will be a time when it doesn't show up at all. It's not the company paying them out, since as mentioned, I owner shares on both platforms. One arrived almost 24 hours ago, the other... who knows. I use Webull for the early trading with a small, for fun account just to mess around with. But I'm seriously considering just closing it out and moving on.
Anyone else have LONG delays on dividend receivables? Any explanation as to why they take so long? (My best guess is they hang onto it as long as possible to get some form of interest before dispersal or to use as a daily slush fund to cover expenses using our money, but I'm certainly willing to hear other reasons)

I was wondering which area of concentration should I apply so that I can study PV engineering. During application process, I had to choose area of concentration which are computer system and networking, signal processing, communication and control, materials and devices, electromagnetics and photonics, biomedical engineering.
